About The Position

Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians living in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Huntsville. The role serves a variety of clients, including couples and children, and focuses on helping clients achieve measurable progress. Clinicians need to be consistently available for at least 25 sessions and provide 30 hours of availability each week. Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so clinicians can focus on care. The company provides paid orientation and training and says clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Clinicians have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. The position is a W-2 employee role. Compensation is up to $100,300, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Must be independently licensed and living in Alabama.
Acceptable licenses include LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP (Licensed Psychologist).
Must be consistently available for at least 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
Must be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
Must be confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available.
