About The Position

Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians living in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Tuscaloosa. Clinicians may treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, and are expected to support measurable client progress. The role requires availability for at least 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly. Thriveworks provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $54,100, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This is a W2 employee position.

Requirements

• Be independently licensed and live in Alabama; accepted licenses include LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP (Licensed Psychologist).
• Be consistently available for at least 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly.
• Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; the position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
