About The Position

Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians living in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Montgomery, with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role serves a variety of clients, including couples and children, and requires availability for at least 15 sessions and 20 hours weekly. Clinicians are expected to help clients make measurable progress, use modern clinical technology, and contribute positively to a clinical community.

Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, and provides paid orientation and training. The company says clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $54,100, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This is a W-2 employee position.

Requirements

• Hold independent licensure and live in Alabama; accepted licenses are LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP (Licensed Psychologist).
• Be consistently available for at least 15 client sessions and 20 hours weekly.
• Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Be confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
