About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Montgomery, Alabama. The role serves a variety of clients, including couples and children, and focuses on helping clients achieve measurable progress. Clinicians are expected to maintain availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours per week. The position offers flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Compensation is up to $100,300, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits, and W-2 employees receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions.
Requirements
- Hold an independent clinical license and live in Alabama; accepted licenses include LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or LP (Licensed Psychologist).
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available.
