About The Position

Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians living in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care. The role involves treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, and helping clients achieve measurable progress. Clinicians must be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours of availability each week. The position is fee-for-service, with compensation of up to $100,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company says clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Clinicians also have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers.

Requirements

• Be independently licensed and live in Alabama; eligible licenses listed are LPC, LMFT, LICSW, and LP (Licensed Psychologist).
• Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Contribute positively as a teammate and clinical-community member.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities
