Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians living in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care during evenings and weekends. The role involves treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, and helping clients achieve measurable progress. Clinicians should be comfortable using telehealth and electronic health record tools and contributing positively to a clinical community. The position requires availability for at least 10 sessions and 15 hours per week. Thriveworks provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. This is a W-2 employee role. Compensation for 10 sessions and 15 hours of availability is up to $25,000, depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Clinicians receive access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
