Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians who live in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care. The role is for behavioral health generalists who are open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, and who are invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress. Clinicians must be comfortable using telehealth and electronic health record tools and contributing positively to a clinical community. The position is part-time and fee-for-service, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week to provide at least 15 sessions. Compensation is up to $54,100, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Thriveworks provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with paid orientation and training. The company says clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. As a W-2 employee, the clinician is eligible for guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, a 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, free in-house training, and opportunities for paid clinical supervisor roles in select states. Clinicians also receive live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and access to an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available.
