Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians living in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Birmingham. Clinicians should be comfortable treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, and committed to helping clients make measurable progress. The role requires availability for at least 15 sessions and 20 hours per week. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company says clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $54,100, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Clinicians have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. This is a W-2 employee role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
