About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in West Palm Beach. Clinicians provide care to a variety of clients, including couples and children, and help clients achieve measurable progress. The position calls for availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours each week. Thriveworks supports clinicians by handling credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, and provides paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Clinicians have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers.
Requirements
- Hold an independent clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident working with clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be a positive contributor to the clinical team and community.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; the position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
