Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians living in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Tallahassee. The role serves a variety of clients, including couples and children, and emphasizes measurable client progress and participation in a supportive clinical community. The position is part-time and fee-for-service, with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week to support at least 15 client sessions. Thriveworks provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, as well as paid orientation and training. The company says clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $51,800, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. As a W-2 employee, the clinician is eligible for guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, a 401(k) with employer matching, paid time off, CEU reimbursement, and free in-house training. Additional support includes live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and access to an online and in-person community of licensed providers. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
