Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring an independently licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) living in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Tallahassee. The role includes a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions and involves treating a variety of clients, including couples and children. Clinicians are expected to be consistently available for at least 25 sessions, with 30 hours of availability each week, and to help clients achieve measurable progress while contributing positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $107,100, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. The position is described as W2 employment, with benefits eligibility.
Requirements
- Must be independently licensed and live in Florida as a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
