About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians who live in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients in Boca Raton and across the country. The role involves a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Clinicians should be prepared to treat a variety of clients, including couples and children, and support measurable client progress. The position requires availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours per week. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company says clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Clinicians have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of licensed providers. Compensation is up to $100,500, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. As a W-2 employee, clinicians are eligible for guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions and employer-sponsored benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Be independently licensed and live in Florida; accepted licenses include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be confident working with clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available.
