About The Position

Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Boca Raton. The role is suited to behavioral health generalists who are open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, and who are committed to helping clients make measurable progress. Clinicians should be consistently available for at least 15 sessions and 20 hours per week. The position is part-time and fee for service, with compensation of up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. As a W-2 employee, the clinician is eligible for guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, paid time off, a 401(k) with employer matching, CEU reimbursement, and free in-house training. Clinicians also have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers.

Requirements

Must be independently licensed and live in Florida; accepted licenses include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
Must be consistently available for a minimum of 15 sessions and 20 hours per week.

Must be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
