About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients in Tallahassee, Florida, through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role is suited to a behavioral health generalist willing to work with a variety of clients, including couples and children, and focused on helping clients achieve measurable progress. Clinicians must be available for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Clinicians have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. Compensation is up to $95,700, depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. The position is described as a W2 employee role; full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Hold independent licensure and live in Florida; accepted credentials include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Be consistently available for at least 25 client sessions and 30 hours per week.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
