Part-Time Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians living in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in West Palm Beach. The role serves a variety of clients, including couples and children, and requires availability for at least 15 sessions and 20 hours per week. Clinicians are expected to help clients achieve measurable progress, use modern clinical technology, and contribute positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $54,100, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This is a W-2 employee role.
Requirements
- Hold an independent Florida license as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 15 client sessions and 20 hours of availability each week.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; the position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
