Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed psychologists (PsyD or PhD) who live in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Boca Raton through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Clinicians should be available for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly, be open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children, and be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress. The role requires comfort using clinical technology, including telehealth and electronic health record tools, and a collaborative approach to contributing to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible, with availability offered seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $106,800, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This is a W-2 role; full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Independently licensed as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in Florida.
- Live in Florida.
- Be available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours per week.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
