Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring an independently licensed Florida psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role includes a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions and serves a variety of clients, including couples and children. Clinicians are expected to make at least 25 sessions consistently available to clients, with 30 hours of availability per week, and to support measurable client progress. The position uses modern clinical technology, including telehealth and electronic health record tools, and is part of a collaborative clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company says clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $106,800, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This is a W-2 position. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Hold an independent Florida license as a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
