About The Position

The Licensed Security Supervisor leads a security team, supports daily operations, and helps ensure a safe environment onsite. The role includes supervising security staff, performing Security Officer duties when needed, enforcing procedures, responding to emergencies, training team members, communicating with operations management, conducting inspections, managing staff sign-in and sign-out, and assisting with payroll and personnel management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months of security or life-safety experience.
• State Guard license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, composure in stressful situations, knowledge of security operations and technology, organization, initiative, problem-solving, and team coaching and development skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security staff.
• Perform Security Officer duties when needed.
• Implement and enforce security procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities.
• Train Security Officers and Shift Leads.
• Communicate with operations management.
• Conduct inspections and manage staff sign-in and sign-out.
• Assist with payroll and personnel management.
