Requirements

Responsibilities

• Administer routine and PRN medications following physician orders and facility policy
• Monitor residents, document vital signs, and report changes promptly to the nursing supervisor
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and assistance with activities of daily living
• Participate in care planning, updates, and interdisciplinary team rounds
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and ensure patient safety
• Adhere to infection control practices and keep care areas clean and organized
