About The Position

This is a temporary travel assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a long-term care (LTC) setting, specifically a nursing home, in Brentwood, NH. The assignment is through Healthforce Healthcare LLC and offers a weekly pay range of $1,770–$1,919 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift is from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m., starting on 09/08/2026.

Requirements

Active LPN license to practice in New Hampshire or eligibility for licensure in NH
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (LPN)
Minimum 1 year of related experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Ability to work the listed shift and perform duties in a long-term care setting
Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents within a long-term care setting, under supervision as required.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments per the care plan, and document actions accurately in the chart.
Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, while promoting safety, dignity, and comfort.
Recognize and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse and physician as appropriate.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and adjust interventions as directed.
Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and patient privacy in all care activities.
