Requirements

• Availability for the 9-week assignment starting 08/31/2026.
• Ability to work the night shift schedule: 18:45–07:15 (3x12 nights).
• Comfortable delivering direct patient care in a long-term care setting.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per orders; monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Conduct routine head-to-toe assessments and document findings; escalate changes to the care team.
• Provide direct patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and activities of daily living in a long-term care setting.
• Monitor for adverse events, manage equipment, and respond promptly to call lights to ensure resident safety.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with privacy and infection control policies.
