About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Riverside Village, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and support excellent senior care. The role emphasizes a comforting presence, teamwork, collaboration, leadership within the care team, and respectful communication. The schedule offers 8-hour and 16-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
