About The Position

American Senior Communities is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Creekside Village. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and provide excellent senior care. The position is offered full-time for evenings and nights and part-time for days, at $36–$40 per hour. The role calls for a supportive presence, teamwork, leadership, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and respectful interpersonal communication. LPNs are expected to demonstrate C.A.R.E. values—Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence—with residents, families, customers, and staff. Requirements

Hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities
