About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Creekside Village, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, supporting a rewarding and fulfilling care experience. The role involves creating a comforting atmosphere, promoting teamwork, collaborating with nursing and facility teams, and maintaining respectful communication. Positions are available full-time for evenings and nights and part-time for days. Compensation is $36–$40 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
