About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Riverside Village develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. Nurses use their skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, supporting a rewarding and fulfilling care experience. The role involves medication management, resident assessments, accurate documentation of changes in condition, and collaboration with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care. Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide a supportive presence, promote teamwork, collaborate, and contribute to a respectful and positive work environment.
