About The Position
This travel assignment places a Licensed Practical Nurse in long-term care settings in South Burlington, Vermont. The role involves handling a variety of resident care needs on a temporary basis. The assignment starts on 10/06/2026 and is for variable weeks, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift is North | Evening and/or Overnight.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (in good standing)
- Ability to work evening and/or overnight shifts
- Experience in or ability to adapt to a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Able to pass standard background check and any required screenings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resident-centered setting
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor resident responses in accordance with care plans
- Assess and document residents’ conditions, reporting changes to the supervising clinician
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting resident safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate and timely charting, including MARs and care notes
- Support wound care, treatment administration, and routine clinical procedures as directed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans
