About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 4-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania. The position is scheduled Thursday through Monday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and involves personalized, family-centered care. The nurse will work independently while communicating with the child’s family and care team.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
