About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 15-month-old child in a supportive home setting in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care, including support for a child with tracheostomy and ventilator needs. The position is full-time, overnight, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G/GJ-tube care and feedings.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Provide and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator care.
• Administer oxygen.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
