About The Position

Monticello Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a weekend-option day/evening shift. The role centers on building meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and using nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The nurse supports a comforting, engaging atmosphere and works with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care and excellent service to residents.

The position offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs, subject to terms and conditions. The bonus is prorated for part-time positions, and the application must be submitted by 10/31/2026. Requirements

• Hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities
