About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide private duty skilled nursing care to clients in their homes as part of the Lawrence County team. The role focuses on intentional, one-to-one care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Nurses travel to one nearby client home and provide hands-on care, build relationships with clients, and follow their milestones. Traditional shift options include 4-, 8-, or 10-hour shifts, with scheduling based on the nurse’s availability.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
