About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. Nurses provide one-to-one care in a client’s home, with flexible scheduling and onboarding that includes paid virtual and hands-on orientation and training. The role involves caring for adult clients and delivering care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one nearby client’s home according to a schedule selected in coordination with the office.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
