About The Position

BAYADA’s Upstate Skilled Office is seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team. The role provides one-to-one care to an adult client in the client’s home, with scheduling options across days, afternoons, evenings, and nights. Nurses receive onboarding and virtual and hands-on training, along with support from the office team. The nurse follows and carries out doctors’ orders, performs assessments, monitors the client’s condition, and documents observations, interventions, and evaluations. The role includes traveling to one nearby client home on a schedule chosen to be matched with the nurse. The listed pay range is $30–$32 per hour. Benefits vary according to employment type. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a schedule you choose to be matched with.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
