About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 2-year-old male child with cardiac needs in a supportive home setting in Monessen, Pennsylvania. The position is full-time and overnight, with a listed Monday–Friday schedule of 10:00 PM–8:00 PM; weekends are available. The nurse will deliver personalized, family-centered care and work with the child’s family and care team.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G/GJ-tube care and feedings, including aspiration precautions.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
