About The Position
This is a travel assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long Term Care, located in Keene, New Hampshire. The contract is for 9 weeks, with a start date of 08/17/2026. The position offers a weekly pay range of $1,634 to $1,797 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift is 5x8 evenings, and the setting is a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Requirements

- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to follow facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a supervising nurse; administer and document medications as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess for changes in condition, and report findings promptly.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, and activities to promote safety and quality of life.
- Perform routine nursing tasks such as wound care, catheter management, and routine treatments in accordance with care plans.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record; communicate changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust resident care plans and respond to evolving clinical needs.
