About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Riverside Village, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and provide care guided by the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. The role offers schedule options of 8-hour and 16-hour shifts, with stated earning potential of $34–$38 per hour.

Requirements

• Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Have proficient medication management skills.
• Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
