About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Rock Hill office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team and provide compassionate, reliable home care. The nurse travels to one client’s home near them and provides one-to-one care, with a schedule chosen in coordination with the office. Nurses must be available to work a weekend 8-hour shift. BAYADA provides paid orientation, including virtual and hands-on training, and ongoing support and training. The role offers a pay range of $26–$28 per hour. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Availability to work a weekend 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to the agreed schedule.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
