LPN - Adult & Pediatric Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one home care to adult and pediatric clients in Tampa, Thonotosassa, Temple Terrace, Seffner, Riverview, Plant City, and Lakeland. Clients may have a range of diagnoses and acuity levels, including care needs involving tracheostomy and ventilator management. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available, and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts across first, second, or third shift. BAYADA provides paid training and shadowing, simulation labs, electronic charting, case matching near the nurse’s home, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Pay is $30–$35 per hour and depends on experience, case acuity, shift, and other factors.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
- Current CPR card.
- Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities

- Use electronic charting through Statewise.
