LPN - Adult & Pediatric Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one home care to adult and pediatric clients in Tampa, Thonotosassa, Temple Terrace, Seffner, Riverview, Plant City, and Lakeland. Clients may have a range of diagnoses and care needs, including advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. The role offers flexible scheduling, cases matched near the nurse’s home, and paid training and shadowing, including access to adult and pediatric simulation labs. Electronic charting is completed using Statewise, and 24/7 on-call clinical support is available. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are offered, with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts across first, second, or third shift. There are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. Pay is $30–$35 per hour and depends on experience, case acuity, shift, and other factors.
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid nursing license.
- Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.
- Hold a current CPR card.
- Complete screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
