About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team through the Rock Hill office. The nurse provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with a schedule chosen in coordination with the office. The role includes following and carrying out doctors’ orders, conducting assessments, monitoring client conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. The nurse must be available for a weekend 8-hour shift and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. BAYADA offers paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing nurse appreciation events.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Availability for a weekend 8-hour shift and Wednesday evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule chosen in coordination with the office.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
