About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, one-to-one skilled nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes throughout the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, including Winston-Salem and Greensboro. Nurses receive training, clinical support, mentorship, and flexible scheduling while helping clients thrive safely at home. Available schedules include daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, with 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour options. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are listed. The position offers $30–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad area, including weekend and overnight differentials, and commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on weekly commitment. BAYADA provides onboarding arranged around nurse availability, personalized paid training including SIM labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support and ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
