About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses for compassionate one-to-one home care serving adult and pediatric clients across the Piedmont Triad, including the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro areas. The role offers overnight and weekend opportunities, flexible scheduling, and shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours across daytime, evening, and overnight periods. Nurses provide care to clients with a range of ages and acuity levels, supported by paid training, clinical support, and mentorship. Compensation is $30–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad, including weekend and overnight differentials, with commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on weekly commitment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available. BAYADA provides weekly pay and benefits including PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Requirements

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one home nursing care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Help clients thrive safely at home.
• Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.
