About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide personalized home care to clients in Salisbury and nearby communities in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad. Nurses care for adult and pediatric clients with a range of acuity levels, working one-to-one with clients on schedules that may include daytime, evening, or overnight shifts. Available shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours, and full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are offered. BAYADA describes a care-first culture focused on flexibility and clinical excellence. The organization provides onboarding designed around the nurse’s availability, paid personalized training that includes award-winning SIM labs, continued skill-building, 24/7 clinical support, and mentorship. Electronic charting is provided through Statewise.
Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized home care to clients in Salisbury and nearby communities.
- Deliver one-to-one care to adult and pediatric clients across a range of acuity levels.
- Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.
