About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide skilled home care to pediatric clients throughout Surry County and the broader Piedmont Triad Area. Nurses support clients in their homes and provide one-to-one care across a range of acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling, with daytime, evening, and overnight shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. BAYADA provides onboarding arranged around nurse availability, personalized paid training including SIM labs, skill-building for varied clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, and ongoing mentorship. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting to document care. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider and complies with state and local mandates.
Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Deliver one-to-one care to clients of different ages and acuity levels.
- Document care using Statewise electronic charting.
Benefits
- Hourly pay of $30–$36 in the Piedmont Triad Area, including weekend and overnight differentials.
- Premium Night Shift Team option paying a flat rate of $35 per hour; requires a T/V case, one weekend shift per month, and one holiday per year of the nurse’s choice.
