About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one home care for children in Winston-Salem and nearby communities in the Piedmont Triad Area. Nurses deliver compassionate, family-centered care to clients with a range of acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, hands-on clinical support, and opportunities to build pediatric nursing skills while working close to home. Schedules may include daytime, evening, or overnight shifts, with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. BAYADA provides onboarding designed around employee availability, personalized paid training, skill-building, 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one home care to pediatric clients in Winston-Salem and nearby communities.
- Deliver compassionate care to clients with a range of acuity levels.
- Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.

- Hourly pay of $30–$36 in the Piedmont Triad Area, including weekend and overnight differentials.
- Premium Night Shift Team option at a flat rate of $35 per hour, with a T/V case required, one weekend shift per month, and one holiday per year (employee's choice).
