Pediatric Home Care Nurse | RN Overnights
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, one-to-one home care to pediatric clients in the Winston-Salem and Greensboro metro area. Nurses support children and families in their community, caring for clients at home across a range of acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling, clinical support, mentorship, paid training, and opportunities for career development. The position offers daytime, evening, and overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks. There is no weekend requirement. The stated pay is $30–$32 per hour in the Piedmont Triad Area, including weekend and overnight differentials, with commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on weekly commitment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. BAYADA provides onboarding tailored to nurses’ availability, personalized paid training including SIM labs, ongoing mentorship, 24/7 clinical support, and electronic charting through Statewise. Requirements
- Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
