About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses to provide personalized home care to adult and pediatric clients in Salisbury and nearby communities in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad. Nurses provide one-to-one care to clients across a range of ages and acuity levels, with flexible scheduling and daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. Available shift lengths are 8, 10, or 12 hours. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. The role includes paid onboarding and training, 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients across a range of acuity levels.
- Complete electronic charting through Statewise.
- Participate in onboarding, paid training, and ongoing skill-building.

- $30–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad Area, including weekend and overnight differentials.
