About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, one-to-one home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina. The role offers overnight opportunities as well as daytime and evening shifts, with flexible scheduling and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options. There is no weekend requirement.

Nurses receive onboarding tailored to their availability, personalized paid training, ongoing clinical support and mentorship, and opportunities to build skills for clients with a range of needs and acuity levels. The position includes electronic charting through Statewise and weekly pay. Compensation is listed as $30–$34 per hour in the Piedmont Triad area, including weekend and overnight differentials, with commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on weekly commitment.

The Winston-Salem and Greensboro skilled nursing offices serve clients across counties including Alamance, Chatham, Davie, Davidson, Forsyth, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, Rockingham, Rowan, and Stokes.

Requirements

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
