About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one overnight home care to clients in Burlington, North Carolina, and the surrounding Piedmont Triad area. Nurses provide care to adult and pediatric clients with a range of acuity levels. The position offers flexible scheduling, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, weekly pay, and no weekend requirement. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. BAYADA supports nurses with efficient onboarding tailored to their availability, personalized paid training—including award-winning simulation labs—skill-building for different clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one home care to clients, including adult and pediatric clients with varying acuity levels.
- Document care using the Statewise electronic charting system.
