About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one overnight pediatric home care in Pittsboro, North Carolina. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the opportunity to provide comfort and stability to clients. Shifts may be 8, 10, or 12 hours, with day, evening, and overnight options; no weekend requirement is stated. Compensation in the Piedmont Triad Area is $28–$30 per hour, including weekend and overnight differentials. BAYADA provides onboarding around the nurse’s availability, paid personalized training, ongoing mentorship, and 24/7 clinical support. Nurses use Statewise electronic charting. The role is part of BAYADA’s home care team serving adult and pediatric clients across the Piedmont Triad Area.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one overnight pediatric care to clients in their homes.
- Deliver care to clients with a range of acuity levels.
- Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.
