About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses to provide one-to-one pediatric home care for children in Alamance County, including Burlington, NC. Nurses deliver care in clients’ homes, supported by flexible scheduling, paid training, mentorship, and 24/7 clinical support. The role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour blocks, with no weekend requirement. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available. Pay is $30–$32 per hour in the Piedmont Triad area, including weekend and overnight differentials, with commitment bonuses of $5,000–$10,000 depending on weekly commitment. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
